Stretch-N-Grow
of NWA provides weekly physical education
classes for 2 1/2, 3, 4, & 5 year olds. Their weekly classes are 30
minutes in length. During that time, they use music, games, and
activities to help each student build strength, balance, flexibility,
aerobic fitness, and many other sports readiness skills.
